Play is the vehicle of learning for very young children who build understanding and knowledge by interacting with concrete materials. Our programs are educational and play based. Each child is carefully observed by our educators and the curriculum is moulded to extend the current knowledge, understandings and interests of the children partaking in the program. This concept is known as an individualised and emergent curriculum.

As children develop, and their knowledge and understanding builds, you will recognise increasing levels of sophistication in the concepts they explore. Early literacy and numeracy are fundamental components of our programs, building a child’s readiness for formal learning in the school environment.

We carefully craft our curriculum to meet the requirements of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG), while providing an effective ‘stepping stone’ to the Australian Curriculum implemented within the school system.
